Riwind Green Energy Limited is a renewable energy development and infrastructure solutions company focused on the development, financing, engineering, construction and operation of solar, hybrid energy, captive power and renewable-powered digital infrastructure projects.
The Company was incorporated on 12 December 1990 and has been listed on BSE since March 2000. For most of its history it operated as a non-banking financial company. In 2025 control passed to a new promoter group, and shareholders approved a change of name to Riwind Green Energy Limited together with new business objects in renewable energy.
Riwind is at the beginning of that journey. Our immediate priorities are to build the balance sheet, assemble the project pipeline and put in place the team and governance a generation business needs.
